At Dramatic Design, the Pricing Policy is very upfront and honest. We don't like hidden costs and we suspect you don't either. Please note: Pricing detailed below is for sites that are 10 MB or smaller. For larger sites, please request a quote.

Details:
 
Set up for Home Page (first page of site) is $200. This includes the look and feel of your site, the style of navigation, and any Cascading Style Sheets or Server-Side Includes that may be used. After the Home Page is set up, the site construction goes much smoother and quicker. All construction after Page 1 is billed at a straight $30 per hour. This is the fairest way for all parties involved. You are only paying for time actually being worked on your site and I am getting paid for all the time I am investing. (Please note: I do not charge extra for installing scripts-- everything is charged at the flat rate of $30 per hour.)
 
Every month, there is a $40 hosting and maintenance fee. This includes your "cyberspace rent" as well as up to 1 hour of maintenance on your site. Maintenance includes making sure that everything is in running order, as well as minor changes. Major changes, additional maintenance (beyond the allotted monthly hour) and site redesigns are considered "new construction", not "maintenance" and will be charged at the hourly rate.
 
You will also have a yearly fee of $30 for the cost of purchasing and maintaining your domain. If you do not already own your domain, we advise that you let us manage it for you. When changes do need to be made, they go much smoother (registration companies are truly a pain to work with).
 
So, if you're adding things up, you will see that $270 will get you online with your domain and a completed Home Page for the first month. Then, it's only $40 per month, plus the cost of any new construction or the yearly domain fee. The goal at Dramatic Design is to keep our pricing affordable so even small businesses can afford to have an internet presence.
 
Optional Add-ons
 
If you need custom graphic design or print publications (flyers, business cards, etc.), Dramatic Design can also help you with these areas. These are also charged at the flat rate of $30 per hour, plus the cost of any special materials.
 
Occasionally there is an extra charge for the purchase of a template or a special plug-in or script (should you choose to purchase one). You will be notified of this before the work is done and your approval will be required.
 
Bonus
 
If you refer a potential client to Dramatic Design and they become a contracted client, you will receive one free month's hosting and maintenance fee! So, if you're happy with your site and our service, tell your friends!
 
Terms
 
Net-15 (5% late fee) Billing statements are sent once per month, on or around the 15th. Payment of the monthly hosting and maintenance fee is paid in advance (example: January's fee is due by January 1st).
 
Notes
 
The minimum amount due at the time of contract signing is $270. No work will be done on your site without a signed contract and this up-front payment. The balance for your site set-up cost and your hosting and maintenance fee will be billed according to the monthly billing schedule.
 
Some clients prefer to deposit a larger sum into their account and to be notified as their funds need to be replenished. This eliminates the need for a monthly payment. This option is available to all clients.
 
If you would like to pay for a full year's worth of hosting and maintenance (up to 1 hour per month--additional maintenance will be billed separately), you will receive your 13th month free.
 
Dramatic Design accepts payments in the form of cash, check, or money order. Payments may be made in person or through the mail. Mail payments to: Dramatic Design, P.O. Box 447, Middleville, MI 49333
 
We also accept credit card payments via Paypal. Paypal is a secure ordering site that will allow you to make payments with your credit card. You will be directed to their site when you click the payment button below. You will be returned to Dramatic Design after you complete your transaction.

Changes
 
The Dramatic Design Pricing Policy is subject to change, of course. You will be notified by email at least one month prior to any change.
